2023-2024

My name is Ehsan Almassi. I am a senior at Stratford High School and have been part of the Texas Food For Thought Club for three years now. I am also involved in Stratford's chapter of the National Honor Society, Key Club, and writing club. I enjoy cooking, soccer, tennis and spending the day outdoors. I spend many weekends volunteering at the Houston food bank, sorting products and distributing them to the less fortunate. I will be pursuing a degree in finance at the University of Virginia and am looking forward to using it to make the world a better place.

  My name is Mazhar Naqvi. I am a senior at Stratford High School and have been part of the Texas Food For Thought Club for three years. I am also part of Stratford's National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Computer Science Club, and Track Team.

I enjoy cooking, running, and volunteering at other Spring Branch ISD schools. I spend my weekends volunteering at my local mosque, preparing lunches and distributing them to less fortunate people in Houston.

I am majoring in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and one day aim to work at NASA as an engineer in the Launch Services Program. I'm looking forward to working with new and old members to make a positive and lasting impact on the Houston community!

Having been greatly involved with Stratford High School’s Food For Thought club, he loved their work and hoped to expand their mission and values. From volunteering with local nonprofits to even experiences traveling abroad, he was drawn toward creating an impact in socioeconomically disparate communities. His work with Texas Food For Thought is a means to that end. Arthur is currently a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin studying a double major in Business and Plan II Honors, pursuing a finance declaration and a philosophy minor.

Maddy Hoang is a junior at Stratford High School who is excited to make a difference in her community. Maddy is involved in Stratford Unified, Operation smile, Turn it Gold, National Charity League, STUCO, and Stratford Big Day. She is so excited to help lead this organization!
